    There’s nothing more Spanish than Churros. There are several types but the most popular in Spain are “Churros de patata” and “Churros de rueda”. They are made of a pastry of flour and water, salt, and sugar. They’re fried at a high temperature, and eaten with sugar, and/or chocolate. They’re very popular at Fairs, festivities, and even for breakfast on a Sunday morning.

    All the other kinds of Churros you’ve seen before, are not the original and Spanish recipe.
